Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Required Documents
The renter must provide a valid national ID (for Egyptians) or a valid passport (for foreigners), along with a valid driving license matching the rented car category.
2. Age and Driving Experience
The renter must be at least 21 years old with at least one year of driving experience. The company reserves the right to request additional documents when needed.
3. Insurance and Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is paid on pickup and returned in full when the car is returned in good condition and on time, after confirming there are no violations or damages.
4. Rental Period
The rental period starts from the minimum shown for each car. Any delay in returning the car beyond the agreed time may incur additional daily charges.
5. Mileage Limits
Rental includes a set daily mileage per car. Extra kilometres are charged at the additional rate shown in each car's details.
6. Use of the Vehicle
The renter agrees to use the car for lawful personal purposes only, not for racing, carrying heavy goods, or subletting. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
7. Traffic Violations
The renter bears full responsibility for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
8. Breakdowns and Accidents
In case of any breakdown or accident, the renter must notify the company immediately and not act on the car without consulting us. The company provides the necessary support promptly.
9. Fuel
The car is delivered at a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level, or the fuel difference is charged.
10. Cancellation and Refund
Bookings can be cancelled well before the pickup time without charge. When prepayment is enabled, the refund policy based on cancellation timing is shown at booking.
